If you are joining SRNT, print, complete and fax a completed membership application to SRNT's membership department at 608-443-2474 or 608-443-2478. Please send your CV with your application if you are applying for "Full" membership.

If you are a current member wishing to renew your SRNT membership, you may renew online through our Members Only section.

*Effective 5/1/10, SRNT no longer accepts into membership those individuals who are employed by the tobacco industry (defined as tobacco manufacturers, wholesale distributors or importers of tobacco products).
